The Residence at St. Mary Home 
West Hartford

 

Located within St. Mary Home, The Residence at St. Mary Home provides a supported housing, apartment program for 12 homeless adults with disabilities. 

The program includes twenty-four hour staff support, meals and case management services.

Last Year, The Residence at St. Mary Home:

  • Provided permanent supportive housing to 5 individuals living with chronic and severe behavioral health disabilities.
